SO, MY FIANCE GENE AND I ARRIVE AT THE HYATT HOTEL IN NEWPORT RHODE ISLAND TO CHECK INTO OUR ROOM FOR A BLACK TIE CHARITY EVENT WE WERE GOING TO, AND IN THE LOBBY THEY WERE GIVING COMPLIMENTARY SMORES! THIS IS HOW IT WAS DONE INDOORS AND IT WAS SO GOOD HAHA, ALMOST LIKE A CAMPFIRE VERSION

THE GIRL WAS USING WHAT LOOKS LIKE A BLOW TORCH TO BROWN THE MARSHMALLOW… I KNOW… AWESOME!

THEN SHE HEATED UP THE CHOCOLATE..

AND SMOOSHED IT ALL TOGETHER!!!

SO..NO MATTER THE SEASON, RAIN OR SHINE..YOU CAN SMORE ANYTIME!!!

ONE THING YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT ME IS ” I LOVE TO COOK” AND ” I LOVE TO EAT” SO… I WANT TO START SHARING SOME OF MY SIMPLE RECIPES THAT I COME UP WITH. MON-THURS I TEND TO COOK /EAT HEALTHY, SO THAT I CAN JUST DERAIL IT ON THE WEEKENDS HAHA BUT, FOR NOW, HERE IS MY HEALTHY DISH

**TUNA BOMB LETTUCE WRAPS***

THEY ARE SO DELICIOUS! AND SO LOW IN CALORIES, FAT AND CARBS! HIGH IN PROTEIN, AND TASTES AAMMMAAZINGGG!

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:

YOU CAN USE ICEBERG LETTUCE OR ROMAINE LETTUCE, WASH AND PEEL OFF FULL LEAVES, PLACE ASIDE

*THEN YOU NEED THE TUNA YOU USE.. I USED BUMBLE BEE WHITE ALBACORE IN WATER

*GREEN OLIVES

*HOT CHERRY PEPPERS/ SLICED

* SWEET ROASTED RED PEPPERS

* WHITE ONION DICED

* SALT/PEPPER

* RED WINE VINEGAR

MIX ALL INTO A BOWL…

AND SCOOP INTO YOUR LETTUCE WRAPS! THATS IT..TRUST ME , IT’S SO YUMMY, AND BASICALLY FAT FREE. I CAN JUST EAT THIS BY THE SPOON FULL.
